The Production/Installation Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of duties which include both the production side and installation side of the business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, printing the decals, weeding, bundling and installation, along with general clean up. This position will not include graphic design. The Production/Installation Assistant will work to deliver winning products and ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to company standards.
Coordinate production and installation, along with forecasting of materials and supplies.
Work with designers, writers, editors, and other creative staff (possibly outside sources) to produce marketing collateral in accordance with Customer requirements.
Communicate and negotiate with outside sources as needed
Responsible for decal printing, cutting, weeding, and bundling.
Assist with large scale installations.
Work independently on installation projects.
Install graphics as required
As a team member work to produce marketing collateral in accordance with Customer requirements.
Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.
Administrative duties in this position will require emailing, pricing quotes, scheduling, in and outbound shipments,
Other duties as assigned.

EXPEREINCE
Experience in marketing, advertising, production and installation, or equivalent related work experience.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma/GED
Post-Secondary Degree or related education considered an asset
