This is a temporary position to aid the Branch in the implementation of a new software. The Systems Assistant will assist in the planning and roll out for the new system. This position requires a high-level attention to detail. This role will also assist the Branch with administrative duties as required while employees are being trained or working on projects.
Assist in planning software changeover
Checking for system errors and aiding in problem solving
Assist Customers with credit applications and fuel cards
Assist with Filing records of invoices and support documents
Perform all general office duties
Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its business partners
Assist with credit and cash account setup
Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from clients, business partners, and other parties
Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization
General maintenance and upkeep of the office, shop, tanks and grounds
Other duties as required
1-3 years in an administrative capacity
Experience working with different software
Valid driver’s license required
High School diploma/GED required
Ability to deal with database crashes
Ability to deal with hostile clients
